UPDATE: Bradley County corrections officer facing charges, suspended without pay

UPDATE:  A Bradley County corrections officer facing charges of assault was arraignment Monday morning.

Cody Carrington is now out on a $10,000.  

His next court date is October 16th.


PREVIOUS STORY: A Bradley County corrections officer who is facing charges turned himself in on Saturday.

Bradley County Sheriff's Office spokesman Adam Lewis said Cody Carrington is charged with aggravated domestic assault, sexual assault, and interfering with an emergency call.

Lewis said Carrington has been suspended without pay until the matter is resolved.

Carrington is being held in the Bradley County Jail in isolation with no bond. He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday.
